Additional Fees Beyond Product Price
- Shipping: Varies by weight and destination. Please check after entering your delivery address at checkout.
- Consumption Tax: All prices are tax-inclusive.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and customs fees for international orders: These are the customer's responsibility (charged by the carrier or local customs authority).
- Cash-on-delivery and bank transfer fees: Will be specified separately when those services become available.
- For international sales, taxes, VAT, Sales Tax, or similar charges may be imposed by the destination country.
Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after credit card payment is confirmed.
- For out-of-stock or made-to-order items, the delivery timeframe will be noted on the product page or communicated via order confirmation email.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or store holidays will be processed from the next business day.
- International shipments may require additional time due to customs clearance.

Payment Timing
Authorization is processed by the card company at the time of order confirmation. The charge is finalized after shipment and billed according to each card company's terms.
Returns and Exchanges
- Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items: Please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will provide a replacement or refund (shipping covered by us).
- Customer-initiated returns (compatibility issues, ordering mistakes, etc.): Accepted within 7 days of arrival for unopened, unused items. Round-trip shipping and payment fees are the customer's responsibility.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: installed or used items / modified or painted items / made-to-order or custom items / sale items.
- International returns: Generally not accepted due to customs and shipping costs (initial defects will be handled individually).
- Mail-order purchases are not subject to the cooling-off period; however, we will handle returns in accordance with the return policy stated above.
