About Shipping Fees
Returns & Exchanges
<strong>Customer convenience</strong>: Returns for unopened and unused items can be made within 7 days of arrival. Round-trip shipping and payment processing fees will be borne by the customer. Returns are not accepted for items that have been installed or used, processed or painted, made-to-order or custom items, or sale items.
<strong>Returns for international shipments</strong> are generally not accepted (initial defects will be handled individually).

Delivery Process

Preparing Shipment
After credit card payment is confirmed, we will arrange shipment within 1–3 business days as a general rule (see "Delivery Timeframe" in our Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure). For out-of-stock or made-to-order items, the timeframe will be noted on the product page or communicated via order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or store holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Shipped
Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be available via email or your order details page (depending on payment and shipping method).

Delivery
Your order will be delivered by the carrier. International shipments may require additional time due to customs clearance. Customs duties, import taxes, and customs fees may be the customer's responsibility (see "Additional Fees" in our Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure).
Payment
As stated in our Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure, we accept credit cards (major international brands). Cash-on-delivery and bank transfer options, if available, will be shown at checkout, and any applicable fees will be specified at that time.
All prices are tax-inclusive. For consumption tax and import taxes or VAT applicable to international orders, please refer to the disclosure and the checkout screen.

Shipping & Fees

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the "Returns and Exchanges" section of our Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure. The following is a summary (please refer to the disclosure for full details and exceptions).
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items: Please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will provide a replacement or refund (shipping covered by us).
Customer-initiated returns (compatibility issues, ordering mistakes, etc.): Accepted within 7 days of arrival for unopened, unused items. Round-trip shipping and payment fees are the customer's responsibility.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged: Installed or used items, modified or painted items, made-to-order or custom items, sale items.
International orders: Returns are generally not accepted due to customs and shipping costs (initial defects will be handled individually).
