Shopping and Ordering

After completing your order, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email after some time, please check your spam folder or contact us via the inquiry form on our shop.

We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. For details, please add items to your cart and check the checkout screen.

Delivery & Shipping

In-stock items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. For backordered items and made-to-order products (such as reproduction wheels), please check the estimated delivery time on each product page.

Yes, we have received your order. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country or region, so please check at checkout. *Some large or heavy items may not be available for delivery.

Compatibility/Installation

We list compatible car models on the product detail page, but if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form with your "chassis number," "model year," and "grade."

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we only sell parts and do not provide technical support for installation or recommendations for affiliated shops. We recommend entrusting the installation to a reliable professional shop.

Returns & Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience (including incorrect fitment) after an order has been completed. Please thoroughly confirm the fitment and specifications before purchasing.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival, including photos of the defective area and the box label. We will promptly arrange for an exchange or refund.
