Shopping & Orders
After your order is completed, an order confirmation email is sent automatically to the address you registered. If you don't receive it after a while, please check your spam folder or contact us through our inquiry form.
You can use credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. For details, add an item to your cart and check at the checkout screen.
Shipping & Delivery
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. For made-to-order or backorder items (such as reproduction wheels), please check the estimated lead time listed on each product page.
Yes, we do. Shipping fees vary by destination country and region, so please check at checkout. *Some large or heavy parts may not be shippable.
Fitment & Installation
Compatible models are listed on each product detail page. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us through the inquiry form with your chassis number, model year, and grade.
We're very sorry, but we only sell parts and do not provide technical installation support or referrals to partner shops. We recommend having installation done by a trusted professional specialist shop.
Returns & Cancellations
As a rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer circumstances (including incorrect fitment) after an order is completed. Please check fitment and specifications carefully before purchasing.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Within 7 days of receiving the item, please contact us through the inquiry form with photos of the defect or the box label. We will promptly arrange an exchange or refund.
